While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. Top Drawer takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Pricing
Prices displayed for goods are valid only for purchases made through this site. Prices may differ to those in store, but the price will remain as advertised for any item bought through the site. All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and stock sold in New Zealand is inclusive of GST. Top Drawer reserves the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation.
Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to honour any purchase placed based on information on this site; however, Top Drawer accepts no responsibility should we be unable to supply the goods you wish to buy for any reason.
Freight Costs and Delivery Charges
Top Drawer will discuss potential delivery or installation charges with customers prior to finalising any purchase. These may vary considerably depending on the item and the delivery address. Delivery times will also vary.
Variation/Cancellation of Purchase
The customer may vary or cancel the order if their new goods are deemed to be faulty. Some second-hand goods may have small blemishes or defects from wear and tear, and these will be noted on product listings. Returns may not be made on second-hand purchases due to the reason of any defect so listed.
Returns of Products/Refunds
Customers have a right to return any goods which are faulty in nature. The following conditions apply to any return of goods:
- Where goods are being returned due to a fault they must not be damaged any further.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for the any return of goods.
- Returns on second hand goods may not be made for the reason of blemishes or defects in the goods that were stated before purchase.
Exchanges
If the product is faulty or not suitable, you may exchange it for the same product or something more suitable providing:
- The goods exchanged are to the same value or less as the product that was originally purchased.
- The goods deemed unsuitable are in original condition and not opened or damaged in any way.
Delivery Costs for Returns
Any delivery costs to do with the exchange of goods must be taken care of by the customer, including return delivery to the customer.
If a return is due to a shipping mistake, fault or product damage, then the costs will be incurred by Top Drawer. Any costs paid by the customer in this case will be refunded upon receipt of a suitable invoice/receipt showing delivery costs. Any costs incurred by a customer and to be refunded by Top Drawer must be reasonably defined as costs that would normally be expected to be paid to return goods using readily available delivery services.
Warranties
Many of our products come with their own manufacturers warranties. Second hand goods offer no warranty. The customer acknowledges and agrees that Top Drawer accepts no obligation or liability for any advice given. Goods are accepted by the customer entirely at the customer's own risk.

Privacy - Personal Information
Through normal business, Top Drawer may collect personal customer information. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent of the owner, except in cases where the information is necessary to carry out the purchase and delivery of goods.
Access to Personal Information
Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
